Water Effect

In this tutorial I will teach you how to make water effect.

Step 1-

Make a new layer in 400*400 and restore the backgroundcolors by hitting "D"

Step 2-

Go to Filter > Render > Clouds

Step 3-

Go to Filter > Blur > Radial Blur. Apply the following settings:

Step 4-

Then go to Filters > Blur > Gaussion Blur. Set the Radius to 2 pixels.

Step 5-

Now go to Filter > Sketch > Bas Relief and use this settings:

And your image will be looking like this



Step 6-

Then go to Filter > Sketch > Crome and apply this settings:

And your image will be looking like this

Step 7-

Now it's time to add some color to your water. You can choose whichever colours you like to, but I've chosen this ones. Click at Ctrl+U or just go to Image > Adjust > Hue/Saturation. Here are the settings:
