Step 1-
First of all open a new image with following attributes:- Width : 20 inch
- Height : 20 inch
- Background Color : White
Now, select Type Tool and then open Character Palette and apply the following settings
Note : Color - #666666
Step 2-
Now type a word (any word)Now go to Layer Palette and Right Click on layer and click on Rasterize Layer. After that add some additional dots which have the same color i.e. #666666 like this
Step 3-
Now go to Channel Palette and copy Blue Channel and then go to Image > Adjustments > Invert (Shortcut - Ctrl + i)Go to Filter > Blur > Guassian Blue. First blue with a radius of 15 px and then again with 15 px.
Step 4-
Now turn on all the layers by clicking the eye on their left and turn off the Blue copy layer but don't delete it.Then go to Filter > Render > Lightning Effects. Set it up as show in the image below and yes, be sure to select that Blue copy layer as Texture Channel
And your image will look like this
Step 5-
Now duplicate the text layer and go to Filter > Sketch > Chrome and set up things as show in the image belowStep 6-
Open the Layer Styles dialog box and select Bevel and Emboss and apply the following settings keeping the Shadow Color - #666666Make sure the Gloss Contour is changed to cone and click on Ok
And your image will look like this
Step 7-
Now make a Curves Adjustment Layer and Levels Adjustment Layer and applying the following settingsAnd a black shining layer will come just like this
Step 8-
Now turn off the Background Layer and merge all other layers together.To give an additional liquid effect go to Filter > Liquify. Use the Bloat Tool to expand or warp the areas as you can see in this image. Once you are satisfied with your result, click Ok.
Step 9-
Now your text is ready to put in any picture you want to put. I did it like this(Click to enlarge the image)
